Duke Tristan is in need of a wife. As a handsome, wealthy duke, he really shouldn’t have a problem finding a suitable bride, but Vicky Dreiling’s amusing debut finds him seeking the help of a spinster matchmaker. Tessa, the matchmaker, finds him 24 potential mates in a setup reminiscent of The Bachelor. But here there are unexpected sparks between bachelor and host! Of course, there wouldn’t be much of a story if Tristan and Tessa immediately acknowledged their feelings for each other.
